Build your
system
Eight sizes. Three footprints. One stacking grid. Every crate in the line, with its dimensions, its colors and what fits inside it.
Pick the size.
Set the interior.
Choose the closure.
Three footprints: 612, 912 and 1812. Eight sizes across them, and every one stacks square on the shared grid, so a short crate and a deep crate still land square on each other. High stacking weight capacity.
41 divider slots on the Full Size. Standard dividers halve it; long dividers with sub dividers grid it. Dividers move without tools. Divider system: US Pat. 11,618,605.
Open crate, PC lid, bamboo top, the Weather Resistant lid with padlock-ready holes, or the LK latching lid. The interior grid stays the same under every one.
Where the
crate lives
A truck bed, a river bank, a garage rack. The crate is ready to suit your needs, wherever they are.
The system,
in use
The same crate does a different job each time the dividers move. These are the builds customers actually run.
Four series
Each series is one build of the same stacking grid. Pick the closure first; the grid page and the size pages do the rest.

Notes on the numbers
Dimensions are in inches and millimeters, volume in cubic inches and liters, read off the released drawing set. External dimensions are the full envelope; internal dimensions are the usable interior. High stacking weight capacity across the line.
Prices are MSRP as of October 2026. MAP enforced. Dealer and distributor pricing is provided separately. Configured options add to the base price shown.
Divider system: US Pat. 11,618,605. LK dual function latch: patent pending. Version v2026.11.
One footprint
carries the line
The 1812 footprint is the base. Every Standard, Weather Resistant, Collapsible and LK 1812 crate shares it and stacks in any order. The LK 612 and 912 tile onto it three and two across.
| Footprint | Body L x W | Sizes on it | Tiles on an LK 1812 lid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 612 | 13.84 x 6.11 in · 352 x 155 mm | LK Recon 612.8 | Three across |
| 912 | 13.84 x 9.19 in · 352 x 233 mm | LK Scout 912.12 | Two across |
| 1812 | 19.34 x 12.77 in · 491 x 324 mm | Quarter, Half, Full Size · Full Size Collapsible · Quarter, Half, Full WR · LK Armory 1812.6, Vigil 1812.8, Sentry 1812.12 | The base |
19.34 x 12.77 in body. Quarter, Half and Full Size, the Full Size Collapsible, the three WR sizes and the three LK 1812 sizes. The LK 1812.6, 1812.8 and 1812.12 are the Quarter, Half and Full bodies with the LK lid.
Both 13.84 in long. Three LK 612.8 side by side are 18.33 x 13.84 in; two LK 912.12 are 18.38 x 13.84 in. Either set sits on one LK 1812 lid, and the two sizes mix on the same row.
The WR lid adds 1.24 in to a body; the LK lid adds 1.68 in and measures 19.05 x 13.97 in. The 612 and 912 are 13.84 in deep, so they sit fully on the LK 1812 lid and overhang a bare 12.77 in standard body by about an inch.
LK Series
The latching line. A gasketed lid in smoked or solid black, an optional tray that hangs off the rim, and five sizes on three footprints that share one stacking grid. The 612 and 912 are weatherproof cases; the 1812 sizes are weather resistant.
Lid: smoked or solid black. Dividers ship as one or two standard dividers, or a long divider with sub dividers, by size. Dual function latch, patent pending. Divider system US Pat. 11,618,605.
Weather
Resistant
Made in the USA. A gasketed lid and reinforced padlock-compatible holes turn the crate into a case, without losing the divider grid.
The WR assembly is also sold on its own, for a Standard crate you already own. See page 24.
Standard
Straight walls and structural ribs, borrowed from the milk crate. That lineage is what makes the stack rigid and the interior volume usable.
Polypropylene block copolymer. Resists cracks and dents. High stacking weight capacity. Divider system US Pat. 11,618,605.
Collapsible
Sets up in seconds into a rigid crate, then folds nearly flat. The same 41 divider slots, and it stacks whether it is open or folded.
Reinforced structure, carry handles, and a modular footprint that stacks with the rest of the line.
